Who We Really Are

Look, we're not gonna pretend we've been around since the 1800s or that we've designed every building in Toronto. What we are? A solid team that gives a damn about making buildings that work for real people.

Started back in 2018 with three partners who were tired of cookie-cutter designs and clients getting lost in the shuffle. We wanted to do things differently - actually listen, actually create something unique, actually deliver on time.

Yeah, we focus on contemporary stuff because that's where our passion lies. But contemporary doesn't mean cold or soulless. It means clean lines that make sense, spaces that breathe, and designs that'll still look good in 20 years.

Construction phase? We're there. Contractor questions at 7 AM? We're on it. Our job isn't done when the drawings are signed - it's done when you're moved in and happy with the result.

Why Sustainability Isn't Optional

Here's the thing - we're in 2025 and still designing buildings like energy costs nothing and climate change is someone else's problem? That doesn't fly with us.

Every project we touch gets the sustainability conversation. Not because it's trendy, but because it makes financial sense and, honestly, it's just the right thing to do. Better insulation, smart window placement, efficient systems - this stuff pays for itself.

We're not preaching LEED certification unless you want it, but we're definitely pushing for buildings that won't cost you a fortune to heat and cool. Natural light where it makes sense, materials that'll last, systems you can actually maintain.
